Months of preparation were carried out for the project, including coordination of the transport route with VIA LIETUVA and project approval before the Traffic Safety Commission of Klaipėda City Municipality. During the transport operations, one of the challenges was coordinating movements with the delivery of a large industrial reactor, which shared part of the route with the wind turbine components.

A particularly challenging section was the Salantai roundabout, where the steep incline made it impassable for heavy vehicles. To ensure continuous transport, custom wooden ramps were manufactured and temporarily placed during the convoy to reduce the slope and allow safe transportation.
