Over a period of six months, detailed planning was carried out, including permitting, coordination with relevant authorities, and full-route preparation from Klaipėda Port to the final project site.

The components transported were the largest Vestas parts handled by Fulmenn to date, requiring an entirely new route design and development. This included widening turning areas, modifying existing infrastructure, and obtaining all necessary permits to ensure safe transportation. The route also passed through the city of Šiauliai, navigating the main streets to reach the project site.

The project required high flexibility, rapid decision-making, and precise coordination. Every challenge along the route was addressed promptly, allowing the transport operations to be carried out safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
